Palma Ceia Neighborhood Association has advocated for our historic neighborhood for 30 years.  Our volunteer board & committees serve to improve Palma Ceia, build community, and address issues that affect residents & businesses.

As the Heart of South Tampa, we work with nearby neighborhoods to improve roads, parks, schools, utilities, and more.

Current Issues

  1. Improve Bay to Bay business district - an important walkable amenity to residents.
  2. Expand & enhance our parks - Corona Park, Palma Ceia Park, Roosevelt Elementary, and space around the Crosstown Expressway.
  3. Host events to engage neighbors - resident happy hour, holiday activities, Spring kids' egg hunt, and Membership meeting.
