Palma Ceia Neighborhood Association was incorporated in 1997. Our volunteer board & committees serve to improve our neighborhood, build community, and address issues that affect residents & businesses.
As the Heart of South Tampa, we advocate for our historic neighborhood. We collaborate with nearby neighborhoods to improve roads, parks, schools, utilities, and more.
